I only gave this shop 4 stars because of how my item was packaged. I understand that the environment is important. However, USPS does NOT handle packages like other carriers! The box was a little bent on the edges which was no big deal. When I took the item out of the box, I noticed that the black stain on the corners was scratched/rubbed off. This is because the item was placed inside a box with absolutely no protection. Why not put cardboard on all 4 corners to protect them from rubbing during shipment? I have ordered from this shop before, but I did not order a black frame. I ordered a natural stain and maybe the corners weren't as noticeable. I did not contact customer service because I need the gift for my friend's 60th birthday in a couple of days.
I do love the Bless this food print and I'm sure my friend will too.
