We accept exchanges on non personalized/custom orders, in the event the buyer pays return shipping both ways as we only account for "free" shipping once in our prices. Buyer will also be responsible for any cost difference in a different size. Any credits will be available as store credit only and no refunds. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. We are unable to accept exchanges on personalized or custom orders.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us in 3 days of delivery. We will assist with filing a claim, sending you a label to return the item and promptly fix or replace. No discounts will be provided and replacement will be of an EXACT item including frame color and sign itself, NO EXCEPTIONS! Unfortunately this is to ensure that damage is from shipping, and not from someone changing their mind about a frame color or wording on a sign, and suddenly it's arrived "damaged".
Because we are a small business that makes every order as it's received and provide thousands of options, we're unable to accept returns. Please contact us in 3 days of delivery if you would like to exchange for another frame color or size.
Grammatical Errors on Personalized/Custom Signs
If there is a mistake on a personalized/custom sign that is our fault (you provided correct info on the order but we made an error), we take full responsibility and will immediately make and send a replacement. If the mistake is because you misspelled it on the order or maybe autocorrect did and you did not double check it, that is your responsibility and no replacements or discounts will be provided. We strive to be as reasonable as possible with our prices which include not fluffing it up to account for customer mistakes, so only those who make mistakes are the ones paying for it.
