The sign I had made was for a client of mine. I was very pleased with how it turned out and the quality of it as well. The hooks on the back for it to be hung is very durable, I love it. There was an error and they were able to fix it and ship a new one to me immediately. Will definitely be ordering more for future work, thank you!!

The product is good, however the customer service is equally bad! They were rude and accommodating! They say they can customize but they wouldn't! I didn't know that the order wouldn't be customized and has to be as it is displayed on the listing! Instead of telling me how it works and that they have different listings which I can choose from to place/customize my order they just canceled my order, and blocked me!
