Love it! It was exactly as described. The packaging and the box was the unsung hero and I wish I would have taken a photo of it but I didn't think to. It shows a businesses commitment to their customers and their service when they take the time to customize their packaging. I really appreciated it. As far as the sign itself, it came perfectly intact and as described. I ordered the 36x12 and its so beautiful but I actually regret not buying the bigger one! It works well in my townhome loft area for my family photo wall. For anyone considering to purchase it, don't hesitate, just buy it.
