Gorgeous! They were the perfect color and everything was exactly how I imagined ~ the backing was white and I didn't think about that when I planned my center pieces, but it all worked out in the end!! Sincerely, perfect!

Absolutely horrible item and customer service. Do not recommend for any bride!

I ordered this item on Etsy a few weeks before my wedding. When it arrived at least a third of them were all scratched and could not be used. I reached back out to the seller to replace them they wanted me to ship it all back ground shipping before they send me a new set. I let them know my wedding was the following weekend and they assured me not to worry. 6 days before my wedding I realize the replacement still hadn't arrived. It got lost by the mail. I understand this is not their fault but the real problem was their response. They were completely unwilling to try to help and just cancelled the order. I tried to reach out to them to try to see if they can ship me another one in time and they stopped responded until I sent multiple follow ups. They blamed it on the mail service and said there is nothing they can do. Considering they create items for weddings you would think they would be willing to try to make something work. I've owned a business before and I would never tell someone right before their wedding they are essentially on their own and I'm unwilling to help remedy the situation. Luckily I was able to order from a different seller a much nicer table number sign so it ended up working out. But this was extremely stressful and terrible customer service. Had the original order actually arrived in good condition it could have been avoided. But we had bad quality along with bad service.
