Disappointed with Order and Customer Service
I ordered a welcome sign in a specific color, which was correctly listed on the packing slip. However, the sign arrived in the wrong color. The seller sent a proof for approval, but it was in black and white, with no clarification that the proof didn't reflect the actual product's color. Every other company that I ordered similar products from, sent the proof in black and white but the actual product was what I ordered.
I reached out to the seller to address the issue but received no acknowledgment or effort to resolve it, which was very disappointing.
For future buyers: double-check that the color on your proof matches your order and clarify if the proof reflects the final product. While the sign was well-made, the lack of accuracy and poor communication left me dissatisfied.
