Purchase expedited shipping if you order from this company, to be safe. Estimated shipping was suppose to arrive by my event date, with a possibility of it coming 1-2 days after. Other companies I've ordered from have reached out if they felt I would not receive the item by the event date (which they're well aware of as it's engraved in my sign). I had to reach out to them for an update on when my item would be shipped, in which they responded they'll ship it next day. It arrived after my event. Yes, they follow their shipping guidelines but no, the owners are not personable with customers ensuring customer satisfaction. Would not recommend going through this company after my positive experiences with other companies ensuring my items get to me in a timely fashion.
