I ordered this sign in early May with plenty of lead time for my bridal shower on May 23rd. The item never arrived by the event date, making it completely useless for its intended purpose. To make matters worse, the shipper was out of office the week of my shower with no backup plan or communication to flag potential delays. The seller never proactively checked in to confirm delivery before the event despite knowing it was time sensitive. Etsy did refund me, but no refund makes up for not having what you planned and paid for on one of the most important days. I would not recommend this seller for any time sensitive or event based orders.
