Their customer service is non existent!! I returned to this shop to order a wedding gift. In my order I provided the wrong date. However, I immediately emailed them with the correct date and name confirmation. The decided to make the sign based on the original date provided without circling back to me to understand the discrepancy. As a former repeat customer, I reached out to see if we could work together to make it right. I would pay to ship the frame back to be reused, if they would provide the new insert & ship back. I was met with a very curt response,(which has been very typical of ALL interactions with this shop), & basically a tough sh$t attitude. When 2 different dates are provided, good customer service would have clarified!! I'm a small business owner as well, & I happen to value repeat customers! Buy elsewhere!
