We will email you a simple form to fill out where you will choose your Tag Color, Shape, and enter Name(s) and date for each tag!
• Tags are professionally printed so they are very crisp and consistent in quality.
• There may be slight variation between the tag color and your Woodland Shanty Birthday Calendar (not included) frame color, as our frames are made of real wood and always vary slightly in color
