I was so excited to get this Welcome Sign for our new front porch. My wife and I had seen something like this at a friend’s home in Florida, but she had received it nearly 20 years ago. I began searching for an alternative and landed on this one because the price seemed fair and there were so many good reviews. We live in NC for context, so it gets hot but not too hot. We received this in June and proudly put it outside. Unfortunately, we began noticing the interchangeable pieces constantly fall down (in the front and the back). Soon after, the Velcro that holds the front piece in place melted off. So then we purchased 3M stickers to better hold the Velcro pieces in place, and it didn’t do the trick. I don’t know if the surface just doesn’t hold the pieces well or what. I know it’s not the sun because this happens in summer and fall. I’m really disappointed to come home most days with the pieces on the floor. Maybe they need better Velcro, but it doesn’t currently work here. We reached out to support two different times and have received no response. I guess there is no satisfaction guarantee.
I am so thrilled with my new Welcome sign that allows me to change seasons. I am using this to stage my porch designs in my small business so I appreciate having one porch leaner instead of storing many. The size is excellent, quality is excellent, and it is easily readable by my studio door. It was packaged perfectly to prevent dings to the wood during shipping. Highly recommend!
Bought for a gift for my mother in law and she loves it! The interchangeable charms are adorable and a great idea! Highly recommend!
Very well made! I will definitely purchase again for gifts in the future
