ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. Nick & Allison with Woodland Shanty provided OUTSTANDING customer service, and the product outcome was both GORGEOUS and EXACTLY what I wanted!!
Using the custom board template, I wanted to use the beautiful floral monograms I had seen on their other products. When I asked how I could do that, THEY WENT IN AND ADDED the floral monograms to the custom creating section JUST FOR ME! (Well, now for ALL customers!) I'm STILL FLOORED by that!! And truly, they allowed me to take what was in my mind but make it BETTER!
They were very quick to respond, incredibly polite and useful, and the end result truly superseded my expectations.
